The lightweight, quick drying material combined with the stiff front brim and adjustable chin strap makes it very comfortable to wear.

The adjustable chin strap means it can’t blow off in a breeze, and the stiff front brim means it won’t flop in your face even when it’s wet. 2. Handles the capsizes!!!

   My husbands present and he loves it. 5 capsizes in windy race conditions and the hat didn't falter. Highly recommend for on water sports!

   I have tried and used a lot of different hats for yacht racing but this far outweighs the effectiveness, in all areas, of any other I've used. It is highly functional and keeps out the most sun while still being able the withstand 30 knots of wind in your face. It washes and dries easily, reasonably priced,it's light and tucks away nicely in your bag when not in use. The chin strap is comfortable and user friendly and it has no loose ends to get caught in gear like the usual suspects. Just about perfect.

   I paddle an ocean ski - 6m - and needed a new hat for sun, wind and water protection The Indo Surf hat is perfect
   It has a low profile, wide firm brim which holds its shape, chin strap and comfortable inner band.
   This is the perfect hat- highly recommended

5. Excellent Hat

   Bought this hat for my skipper we race in very high winds at times on the yacht. The hat he had was forever blowing off so he would throw it down in the cabin way. He had a birthday coming up so l searched out this hat here on the site as l knew what l wanted. It couldn't be more perfect ..(l have one myself) no matter what the conditions while he is racing now he can concentrate on the helm & racing ..so absolutely a perfect hat for the conditions
