Returns
If the product you have purchased has been damaged due to bad manufacture please contact us at adcanoe@acwsports.com.au or 8277 8422 for a full Exchange or Store Credit.
Exchanges
If for any reason the goods in which you have purchased do not fit or isn’t what you expected please contact us at adcanoe@acwsports.com.au or 8277 8422 for a full Exchange or Store Credit. *Please note we do not offer refunds.
Delivery
Delivery of Goods will be sent once payment has cleared. Delivery can take up to 7 – 10 Working Days, depending on your location.
Lost or Damage Items
Adelaide Canoe Works cannot take responsibility of purchases being loss or damage in the post (we use Australia Post or Toll). If you have any concerns and want your puchases to be registered or insured please email us at adcanoe@acwsports.com.au
Stock Availability
Occasionally goods may have a lengthy delay, due to stock levels. If this occurs Customers will be notified. Or stock may be discountiued, and if this occurs customers will be informed.
**Please note, there might be a 2 – 6 week wait if some products are not in stock (as they have to be made) and the same waiting period applies to special made products. Customer will be informed if this is the case.**
Registered Mail
For customers requiring Registered Post, this available at additional charge. Please indicate when ordering if required.
